Markley Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Norristown, PA, has opened a state-of-the-art in-house Dialysis Unit—the first of its kind among area skilled nursing facilities. The six-chair unit, operated with Dialyze Direct, serves up to 12 patients daily and complements Markley’s Chronic Kidney Disease Management Program. This milestone is part of the center’s ongoing modernization, which also includes a new therapy gym and enhanced physician-led care programs in pulmonary health and physiatry.
